The second edition of our newspaper will be out in local shops and cafés from this weekend.
Thank you to our advertisers – Snow Real Estate, Hey Marketing, Toowoomba Anglican School and Grand Central – we have been able to pull together another jam-packed 32 pages of local journalism and photography.
There’s a story about a local beekeeper, shot beautifully by Zoë Thomas, as well as a list of where you can buy local honey. There’s a discussion about cultural burning and its recent application to Meewah (Tabletop). There’s an interview by Nicola Clark with some green-thumbs at one of our many community gardens. There’s a deep-dive into local music venues by Ronnie Dawson. There’s a recipe from Karan-An, shot by Louisa Sorensen. And so much more!
From this weekend, you’ll find free copies in local businesses (for a list of stockists, click here), or you can purchase a digital copy here if you simply can’t take the chance. If you’re interested in contributing to, advertising in or stocking TFG newspapers, please get in touch at those links!
I hope you love it –
