It’s almost the weekend and between outdoor movies, art exhibitions, festive concerts and christmas wonderlands - there’s something for everyone.

1) CURL UP UNDER THE STARS: for a twilight movie at Windy Acres Farm’s annual In Bloom celebration, with lavender fields, local markets, and delicious food (Sat).

2) ENJOY A NIGHT AT THE GALLERY: with canapes and champagne for the opening of TNBT 2024 Art Prize Winner, Chantelle Stewart’s Reimagined Youth (Fri).

3) CELEBRATE WITH ELVIS: at A Very Elvis Christmas Concert, with Tristan James, Elvis Roberts, and the Australian Elvis Band performing all your festive favourites and timeless hits.

4) GRAB SOME FRIENDS: and stroll through the Christmas Wonderland at Queens Park and admire the lights, before TAKING A DRIVE around town and marvelling at the amazing Christmas displays, as the city comes alive with holiday spirit.

5) PARTY THE NIGHT AWAY: as the temperature rises and the silly season begins at this end of year (non-Christmas) Summer Party. (Sat)

6) SHOP LOCAL ART: and pop by Katie Whyte’s Pre-Christmas Art Market for originals, prints, and earrings, plus a sneak peek at her new mural. Then, visit Leisl Baker’s studio for stunning textiles, tablecloths, and original works (Sat).

7) GET FESTIVE: and head to Clifford Park for their children’s Christmas Festival, complete with Santa, Facepainting, Food and Games on the lawn, or pop by this Christmas Fantasy Pageant (Sat).

8) TAKE A CLASS: and create a sustainable Christmas centrepiece inspired by the Aussie bush at this golden hour workshop (Sat), or get hands-on with a natural wreath-making workshop to craft a festive masterpiece (Sun).

9) EXPAND THE FAMILY: at the Petstock Fundraiser and Adoption day, before booking your new best friend for a PHOTOSHOOT at these ‘Santa Paws’ photo sessions. The perfect cover for your homemade Christmas cards anyone?
