INGREDIENTS
30ml Manly Spirits’ Limoncello
20ml Pechey Distillery’s Toowoomba Dry Gin
15ml sugar syrup
30ml fresh lemon juice
15ml egg white
Lemonade, to finish
Dehydrated lemon wheel and edible flowers, to garnish
METHOD
Shake all ingredients except lemonade with ice. Strain into tall glass.
Top slowly with lemonade. Garnish.
