Both mat and reformer Pilates classes are available, some of them designed to fit into your lunch break or pre-work hours. Pure Barre is a ballet-inspired workout that combines dance and Pilates in a way your inner thigh muscles may never forgive you for. The Saturday morning Pilates Circuit adds hand weights and functional body weight exercises for a full body cardio workout.
The studio also offers private classes, which is a good way to try Pilates for the first time. While the classes aren't complicated and are suitable for beginners, there is a learning curve at the beginning with equipment and techniques. Private classes are a good way to speed up the process and see results.
