The Paddock, Toowoomba’s Drive Thru Butcher and Produce Store reopened last week, and well, you’ll definitely want to get out of the car for this!

Tragically closing in March this year following a fire, Ted shared how devastating it was to receive the news that came on his birthday - one he’d likely much rather forget. And yet, greeting us with his characteristic smile and friendliness, you won’t see a glimpse of that, as he proudly speaks of the new Butchery and the journey they have been on, and of the support of the Toowoomba community throughout that time.
The Paddock has since undergone an extensive refit with a sleek new look, and expanded product range of locally and ethically raised meats, organic and spray-free fruit and vegetables, wide variety of small goods, pantry items, and now The Plate Restaurant @ Home ready-made-meals. We absolutely love their ethos of community and focus on supporting local farmers and suppliers!
