The thirteenth edition of our newspaper is out in local shops and cafés now!

Thanks to our advertisers – @smokeandmirrorsboutique @downlands @unisqsoca @highlands.au @mort&co and @empire_theatre – we have been able to pull together another jam-packed edition of local journalism and photography.

In this edition of The Field Guide, we have, as always, looked to uncover some hidden gems.

You'll find a delicious spring cocktail from Micha at Cork & Lever. You'll find a profile on Loulaki for mouthwatering Greek food and nights when you're not so interested in cooking, and we talk to Geoff Wilson, Toowomba’s newest Vet, about his other ‘gig’ as a polar explorer and adventurer. We explored the local dog-park scene and talk to people about finding community, (and the best cafes and bars to take their pets to for a well deserved puppy-cino. We talked fashion and hair art with local Carmen Rogers and took a tour through last years prize winning garden.

From Wednesday, you’ll find free copies in local businesses (for a list of stockists, click here).

I hope you love it –
