Feminine embodiment coach Jess Staskiewicz is all about reclaiming motherhood as an opportunity to embody the full spectrum woman.

Attendees of Embodied Mothers will take a journey of self-discovery across 16 insightful weeks, starting with the sensitisation and return to the body, and culminating with the gifts of inner knowing, self-worth, and sovereignty. The program includes enquiry and embodiment sessions, supported by live Q&As to touch base and integrate your progress, as well as access to an online community with other women with whom you can share your experiences.

But you might be wondering: what exactly is embodiment? Well, according to Jess, it is the process of fully and deeply connecting with oneself, and knowing yourself as whole. Embodiment practices create lasting imprints upon the five bodies: physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual.

Jess, a mother to one, and former psychologist who’s travelled the world with the United Nations, founded the School of Embodied Awakening earlier this year (rebranding from Dorothy Way) and shares her teachings through both intimate one-on-one containers, group programs, and community group classes.

The Embodied Mothers program will kick off in late November, and you can keep an eye out for news and how to join on her website.
