The atmosphere – from the décor to the colourful entertainment to the wine list – transports you out of Toowoomba’s CBD and into all the charm of Turkey’s shoreline.
Sofra’s entertainment includes some traditionally-dressed belly dancers, adding to the fun, festive atmosphere. The extensive menu is designed to share, and suits a whole variety of dietary requirements. It’s full of hearty and comforting dishes that are a bit Mediterranean, a bit Eastern, but all nourishing and delicious. The restaurant is fully licensed, with a variety of wines you’ll recognise, as well as a few Turkish selections.
The addition of Turkish breakfast on Sunday mornings is a great new brunch offering in town. Think pastries, traditional egg dishes, and unlimited Turkish tea and coffee.
