Santé Cocktail Bar
Santé’s co-owners, Alex and Loic, met working in a London cocktail bar. When Alex returned to Australia, she convinced Loic, originally from France, to join her, and so the award-winning duo set about opening Santé, a chic laneway bar specialising in cocktails.
With claims to fame including gongs at the National Cocktail Championships, Alex and Loic have also launched W6, a range of syrups that complement their menu and are available to purchase for at-home bartending. Keep an eye out for Hospo Mondays, which celebrate the industry, although us civilians are invited too.
This moody lounge feels like something out of Golden Age cinema, but the hospitality is warm and friendly. Stop in for a drink after work on Friday or on a cool weekend evening after a show.
