Sweet tooths unite – Settler Hives now has a honey tap hanging out at Banter Coffee Kitchen. Depending on week, the honey will come from a range of local beekeepers, including Settler Hives’ own hives.
750ml honey growlers can be purchased on-site for $30 (that’s a lot of honey!), and then you can organise to refill your growler by ordering from the Settler Hives website for $16. Bring your phone into Banter to show the receipt, and then just top up!
Local artist and creative producer Katie Whyte collaborated on the project with her original work ‘Okay Honey’, which looks right at home sitting in Banter (with a few copies of TFG’s newspaper on top, of course!).
