Karan-An
Karan-An blends iconic food styles – offering Thai, Filipino and Malaysian flavours – in a venue as perfect for date night as it is for a large crowd. Owner Raphael John De Paula (who brought us fellow city-centre Kusina) opened the venue upon returning from work and travels across top Australian restaurants.
The restaurant highlights homemade ingredients, as well as featuring seasonal menus that celebrate in-season produce.
Start your feast with dim sums or spring rolls, then choose from a range of star mains including slow braised massaman beef, whole barramundi or crispy pork belly. There’s also daily specials for you to explore new flavours, as well as banquets on offer for you and your friends – simply take a seat, grab a drink, and enjoy a three-course meal!
