ABOUT / Curating the right herbs and spices; blanching the beef bones to perfection; family secrets passed down through generations simmer overnight in Dien Pham and Anh Cao’s deep stock pot. Upon entering Junktion Coffee House, you’re greeted with the rich aroma of authentic Vietnamese toasted spices, a friendly hello from Anh Cao and the warm smile of Dien Pham in the kitchen. Moving to Australia five years ago and opening their doors during the height of the pandemic, the small cafe has stolen the hearts of Toowoomba foodies.
VIBE / The inviting industrial interior and easygoing music make Junktion the perfect escape to sit back and relax as you let the busyness and heat of the day slip by.
