With a waitlist extending into the triple digits, local personal trainer Candy Browne has expanded her services to include a brand new Pilates studio, Fit Former.

But this isn’t Pilates as you know it. Fit Former combines the benefits of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with the low impact, deep toning of reformer Pilates. Frankly, it sounds like bloody hard work, but Candy promises that it will change your body like no other form of exercise; it tones and shapes like nothing else.

Candy has been a personal trainer for almost 15 years, but even as an athlete herself, says she never saw results like she did when she found the Pilates reformer. Fit Former was created from her trials to combine this love of pilates with all the great things about HIIT, first for herself and then for clients. After eight years of running private classes out of her personal training studio, she is launching this very sexy, dedicated space within the Walton Stores. The classes promise to be high vibe with pumping music, plenty of sweat and a rush of endorphins.

This opening weekend, there’ll be a class running each hour on the hour, and the full schedule starts next week. Download the Fit Former by Candy Browne app to book in, or visit the website here.
